**2-4 Minutes of Jump Rope practice at the end of warm up

  1. Hip Dominate: 10x KB Deadlift

  2. Push: 10x Push Up Progression

  3. Knee Dominate: 6x (ES) Split Squat Progression (Assisted > BW > Goblet)

  4. Pull: 6x (ES) Single Arm Hinged Row

  5. Core: 6x (ES) Plank Shoulder Taps  R: KB Plank Drags

  6. Jump Rope: 1 Min. Practice (single or doubles) – members will keep track of their own time
