4 x 2 KB Floor Press → 8 x 1 Arm Floor Press (Total) → 12 x Push Ups

4 x 2 KB Sumo DL → 8 x 1 KB Single Leg DL  (Total) → 12 x Resistance Band Kneeling Hip Thrusts

4 x 2 KB Push Press → 8 x 1 KB Goblet Front Raise → 12 x Down Dog Push Ups
