Tabata Circuit & Running:  6 × 4 min RNDS

  • Alternating btwn Stations (Tabata/Running/Tabata/Running/Tabata/Running)

  • Resting 1 min – :90 sec btwn Stations

 

Station 1: Tabata Circuit: 4 min. switching every minute (:20/:10x 2)

 

* Rnd 1: Med Ball Slams & Hollow Hold

* Rnd 2: MB Lateral Shuffle (length of mat) & Plank

* Rnd 3: ½ Kneeling Med Ball Chops/Lifts & Superman

 

Station 2:  Running:  4 Min. to complete run

  • Running:  4 Minutes to run  W/B: Up Mead to Leyden Street and Back R: 2nd Telephone Pole on Left Past Leyden

  • Non-Runners:  3 min. Bike @ steady pace 300W+/200W+

 

 

ONLINE:  Tabata Circuit & Running:  6×4 min RNDS

  • Alternating btwn Stations (Tabata/Running/Tabata/Running/Tabata/Running)

  • Split Group in half:  1s will start on Station 1 (tabata), 2s will start on Station 2 (running).  Alternate until both groups have done 3 rounds running and 3 rounds tabata circuits.

  • Resting 1 min – :90 sec btwn Stations

 

Station 1 Tabata Circuit: 4 mins continuously running clock switching every minute (:20/:10x 2)

 

* Rnd 1: Squat Jumps (non-impact Squats) & Hollow Hold

* Rnd 2: MB (or light KB) Lateral Shuffle (2 shuffles R/2 shuffles L or length of mat) & Plank

* Rnd 3: ½ Kneeling Med Ball (or light KB) Chops/Lifts & Superman

 

Station 2 Running: 4 Minutes

  • Running:  4 Minutes to Run

  • Non Runners: Tabata Clock:  :20/:10 x 2 at each:  Mountain Climbers (Non-impact: Stepping Mountain Climbers) & Butt Kicks (Non-impact: Fast March)
