Team Fan Bike Relay: 30 Minute Max Cal Bike + Mini Band Finisher

  • Teams of 5 switch every :30 secs (Members will calculate their own :30 sec when they get on the bike so it will be a true :30 sec)

  • Biker goes to the back of the line to rest, then rotate towards the bike (rest>plank reaches>stepback lunge>shld flexion>bike)

 

Station 1:  Bike – watt goals R: 600+/500+ W: 500/400+  B:400+/300+

Station 2:  Supine Eccentric Shoulder Flexion (w/ sled handles)

Station 3:  Stepback Lunge (total) R x 12, W x 10, B x 8 (BW-Goblet)

Station 4:  Plank Reaches (total)  R x 12, W x 10, B x 8

Station 5:  Rest

 

4 Min. Finisher:  Mini Band Tabata

  • Min. 1&3:  monster walk forward and back (length of mat)

  • Min. 2&4:  lateral walk (length of mat)
