Tempo Strength: 

 

Bent Over Row: 

  • 4 RNDS:  5 Reps On 1/1/3/0 Tempo = :25 Work / :5 Switch Sides / :25 Work  = 20 Reps Total 
  • :15 sec rest/shake out between rounds

 

Single Leg Deadlift Progression: (Assisted – BW Reaching – Offset KB): TEMPO 3/1/1/0 

  • 4 RNDS:  5 Reps On 3/1/1/0 Tempo = :25 Work / :5 Switch Sides / :25 Work  = 20 Reps Total
  • :15 Sec Rest Between Rounds
  • Add Weight to Progress (start light)

 

16 Min Tabata Mash Up 4 RDS :20/:10×2 

  • Squat Progression: (BW-Goblet) 
  • Push Up Progression: (Hands Elevated or Negatives -> Yoga Block -> Tennis Ball-> Feet Elevated/Weighted/Tempo)
  • Kneeling Single Leg Hinge (Alt Sides :20/:10) 
  • Prone Press
