“The Assembly Line”:

 

  • 5 Min. Circuit, :45 work/:15 rest per exercise

  • Rounds add on a rotation (assembly line style) as we work through:

  • Round 1: 5 min. (1x through the circuit), 1 min. rest

  • Round 2: 10 min. (2x straight through the circuit), 1 min. rest

  • Round 3: 15 min. (3x straight through the circuit)

 

 

Station 1: Bike  R:(550 W/400 W) W:(450 W/300 W) B:(350 W/250 W) (outside)

 

Station 2: TRX Hamstring Curls (Outside: Hamstring Walkouts)

 

Station 3: Bear Crawl Sandbag Drag (on turf) B: Bear Crawl (Outside: Bear Crawl up and back on mat)

 

Station 4: Jump Rope Non-Impact: Mountain Climbers

Station 5:  Hollow Hold
