– 4 x Kettlebell complex (3/side, alternating sides every round) [1 rep of complex = 3 x 1-Arm Cleans, 3 x 1-Arm Racked Step Back Lunge – stepping back with leg opposite kb, 3 x 1-Arm Press or Push Press]

– 10 KB Swings

– 40 Double Unders (W: 200 singles) (B: 100 singles) or 40 Jumping Jacks 

 

Early Finisher Work: 

10 Moving Dead Bugs (per side) 

10 Spiderman Plank (per side) 

10 Heel Taps (per side)
