:30 sec each movement. No rest between rounds. Every round you add a movement until you do all 7 movements. Rest for 1 min, then decrease movements from the top with each round.

Front to back kicks 

Forward circles 

Backward circles 

Bicycle kick throughs 

  • 20 sec rest and repeat on the other side   –
