The Disappearing Act + Cardio Cash Out!

The Disappearing Act 

The first exercise will last :30, and will be followed by :30 rest.  Each round you will add :30 sec of another exercise, but the rest will stay the same. After the longest round (:30 sec at each of all 7 exercises), one exercise will “disappear” each round until the final round is :30 sec of #7. 

 

  1. Block Jumps Non-Impact: Step Ups
  2. Bear Crawl 
  3. MB Toe Taps 
  4. Push-Up Progression
  5. Lateral Lunges  
  6. Hollow Hold 
  7. Ninjas 

 

1 = :30 + :30 Rest = 1:00

1,2 = 1:00 + :30 Rest = 1:30 

1,2,3 = 1:30 + :30 Rest = 2:00

1,2,3,4 = 2:00 + :30 Rest = 2:30

1,2,3,4,5 = 2:30 + :30 Rest = 3:00

1,2,3,4,5,6 = 3:00 + :30 Rest = 3:30

1,2,3,4,5,6,7 = 3:30 + :30 Rest = 4:00

2,3,4,5,6,7 = 3:00 +:30 Rest = 3:30

3,4,5,6,7 = 2:30 + :30 Rest = 3:00

4,5,6,7 = 2:00 + :30 Rest = 2:30

5,6,7 = 1:30 + :30 Rest = 2:00

6,7 = 1:00 + :30 = 1:30

7 = :30
