  1.  Assessed Timed 1,000m run (Big Loop)
    1. Non-Runners: Bike 2,000m Assessed
  2.  3x 600m (Small Loop)
    1. Non-Runners: Bike 3×30 Cals (equal work/rest time between rounds)

 

Move Inside By :40 After

 

  1. Core 10 Minutes: Tabata :20/:10×2 Then Switch (2 RNDS Through)
  • High Plank
  • Plank Shoulder Taps
  • Side Plank (Alternate Sides)
  • Hollow Hold
  • Dead Bugs
