Every 6 min campers will complete their run as fast as possible. The faster they run the more rest time they will have to get ready for their next run.
Choose 1 of the 3 distances that you will repeat 3 x (the run should take campers between 4-5 min, giving them about 1 min to rest b/t runs so make sure to adjust their distances as needed)
Blue Mailbox / Beltline Post or Beltline Loop
Row: 800m / 1000m or 1200m
-Rest as much as needed after your final run-
Then Complete the following (aim to complete b/t 2-4 Rounds) :
10 x Yellow Bar Rows (1 yellow bar)
10 x Side Lunges (total)
10 x Yellow Bar Push Ups
10 x Goblet Step Back Lunges (total)
10 x 1 Arm Push Press (total)
10 x Leg Raises
