Walk The Line

Agility + Stability 


Using either the lines of the parking space or of the taped off square line in place of an agility ladder. At the start of every round they will do 2 min of agility immediately followed by a 5 min KB Stability Amrap. After each round they get 1 min of rest and we will repeat this for 4 rounds. 


4 Rounds 

2 min Agility:

:30 Sec 1 Right Leg in and Out (Stationary)   

:30 Sec 1 Left Leg in and Out (Stationary)

:30 Sec Lateral Scissor Hops 

:30 Sec Lateral Line Hops  


Right into 5 min AMRAP:

5 x 1 KB Suitcase step back lunge with a knee drive [per side] (pause with knee @top for 2 sec) 

5 x Single Leg Goat Belly DL (mod: staggered stance dl) 

5 x Kneeling 1 Arm Press  

5 x Goblet Squat to Bicep Curls
