Tabata Interval Training

Tabata: 4 Stations x 6 Minutes Ea.
5 min: 8 Rounds x :20/:10 alternating exercises every interval
Min 6: 60 sec of conditioning

STATION 1:
-1-Arm Thrusters (switch arms every RND) (switch 1/2 way on the final RND)
-Pushups
6th Minute –Run Parking Lot Lap / Row 200 m / Jumping Jacks

– REST 1 MIN –

STATION 2:
– Grasshoppers
– Hollow Body Crunches
6th Minute – Run Parking Lot Lap / Row 200 m / Toe Taps

– REST 1 MIN –

STATION 3:
– 1- Arm Bent Over Rows (switch arms every RND) (switch 1/2 way on the final RND)
– Jumping Lunges (mod: Goblet Lunges)
6th Minute – Run Parking Lot Lap / Row 200 m / Jumping Jacks

– REST 1 MIN –

STATION 4:
– Sitouts (Mod: Downdog Toe Touches)
– Rocket Jumps
6th Minute – Run Parking Lot Lap / Row 200 m /Toe Taps

– REST 1 MIN –

Finish with Core Circuit – 6-min continuously running clock, switching exercises every 20s

Complete 3 RNDS of the following:  

  • Superman 
  • Superman Hold
  • Single Leg Hip Bridge Raises – Right 
  • Single Leg Hip Bridge Raises – Left
  • Moving Dead Bugs
  • :20 Rest
