Our February Member of the Month is Angela! You may see her at noon or you may see her at 6:15pm, but you’ll definitely see her. She is consistent and always enters the gym with a positive attitude and willingness to put in the work. Self-described as “a pretty awkward individual,” I say give her a high-five and decide for yourself 😉 She sees awkwardness, but I’ve only seen a warm and friendly FitWitter.

Tell us about any sports & fitness background: I played rugby at the University of Georgia.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting FitWit? I feel fitter and more energetic throughout the day. I haven’t had to drink coffee in months.
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like FitWit that were totally unexpected? I’ve gotten used to the routine of working out so I try to schedule my work and social life around trying to fit in working out–which is nice because working out is something that I struggled to prioritize in the past.
Why do you FitWit? I like to be challenged. If I worked out on my own, I would probably only stick to workouts I like. FitWit pushes me to try new things and test how far I can get.
Favorite workouts? I’ve discovered that I like rowing.
Least favorite workouts? I don’t enjoy wallballs or too many jumping jacks/ jump rope/ bouncing in one place exercises
