FitWit L.I.T. (Low Impact Training)

L.I.T. class is a strength and mobility class aimed at the 55+ population, but open to anyone who wants to move better and get stronger without impact exercises (running, jumping, etc).

Each class runs with the same basic structure:

Warm-up – Mobility Practice – Core Exercises – Strength Exercises – Stretch/Flexibility

Schedule:

All classes held at our Kirkwood/Decatur location.

Monday – 6:15 pm

Tuesday – 10 am

Wednesday – 6:15 pm

Thursday – 10 am

Friday – 6:15 pm

Saturday – 8 am (Rowing and Mobility)
