L.I.T. class is a strength and mobility class aimed at the 55+ population, but open to anyone who wants to move better and get stronger without impact exercises (running, jumping, etc).
Each class runs with the same basic structure:
Warm-up – Mobility Practice – Core Exercises – Strength Exercises – Stretch/Flexibility

All classes are held at our Decatur location at 10:15 am on T/Th.
