Skate Park Workout
25 min Partner up.
One partner will be running a 400m lap while the other Amraps 10 reps of 3 exercises until partner comes back. then they switch. once both have completed a 400m run they move on in the same fashion to amrap number 2.
AMRAP 1: Band Rows/ High pulls / Bicep curls
AMRAP 2: Jumping Lunges (ea) / Lateral Step Ups (ea) Adv: Negative Lateral Step Ups / Sumo squats
AMRAP 3: In or Decline Push ups / Figure 4 Leg Lifts (each side) / Spiderman Planks (each side)
