Schedule

Tests are held every Wednesday from 4 – 7 pm and every Saturday from 8 am – 12 pm.

Getting Tested

STEP 1: SCHEDULE YOUR TEST AFTER YOU BUY HERE.

 

STEP 2: TEST PREPARATION

1. No food/drink for 4 hours prior. (This may not be feasible for everyone, so we ask that you just replicate the conditions for your retest.)

2. No working out for at least 6 hours prior to test. Limit activity prior to your visit. Exercise prior to your test can elevate your breathing and body temperature which may interfere with your test results.

3. Stand for 5 minutes before test.

Again, if you can’t adhere 100%, it’s important to schedule subsequent visits under the same conditions (time of day, hydration levels, clothing).

What do I do with the results?

Use your results as a baseline from which to measure your overall health progress. See video at the bottom of this page for an in-depth results interpretation.
