FitWit Kids program runs out of our Kirkwood gym – 2197 College Ave. Atlanta, Ga 30317

Using a combination of games, workouts, team-builders and skill practice, FitWit Kids helps children:

  • gain confidence
  • build strength and conditioning
  • make better food choices
  • improve focus
  • learn to work well with others

Class Schedule:

We now offer three class groups. Classes last 45 – 50 minutes.

Little FitWits – Ages 5 – 7

Big FitWits – Ages 8-12

FitWit Teens – Ages 13 – 17

Tuesdays –    4:30 (8 – 12 yr olds), 5:15 (13 – 17 yr olds)

Wednesdays – 4:30 (mixed class, 6 – 12 yr olds)

Thursday –   3:30 (5-7 yr olds), 4:30 (9 – 12 yr olds), 5:15 (13 – 17 yr olds)

Saturdays – 9:00 am – (mixed class, 6 – 12 yr olds)

Class Structure:

Group warm-up including skill development (jump rope, balance, agility) [8-10 min.]

Team Game or Obstacle Course [5-10 minutes]

Workout [10-12 min] Varies every session and is scale-able for different fitness levels.

Game [8-10 min] Games incorporate the skills we’ve developed in the warm-up and exercises we’re working to improve.

Cool down with reflection [5-10 min]

Pricing:

Unlimited Monthly Membership – $99/month [2 month minimum]

1x/week membership – $69/month [2 month minimum]

Who: Kids (ages 11 – 14) interested in improving athletic performance, specifically speed, agility, mobility and power. [Note: 15 – 18 yr. old class coming soon! Email [email protected] to get on this list.]

When: Mondays, 5 – 6 pm at our Kirkwood gym location. Soon to add Wednesdays, 7:15 – 8:15 pm and Fridays, 6:15 – 7:15 pm.

What:  Each class is be broken down into four parts:

  1. Dynamic warm up and mobility
  2. Core Work
  3. Jumping/Landing Fundamentals, Plyometrics, Power and Agility
  4. Strength and Conditioning

The level of difficulty and intensity for each skill will be modified to meet the needs and age of each child in the class.

Want to throw a fun AND active birthday party?

We’ll get your kids moving with a birthday party all about movement and games!

  • Parties last 90 minutes and you can arrive 30 minutes early for set up.
  • Coaches lead a 60-minute class with mini-obstacle course and fun fitness games.
  • After the class, head into the studio room for cake, singing, dancing, whatever you choose!
  • Finish up with one final game before kids leave.
  • Each child gets a fun silicon wristband with the reminder, Move Your Body!

Important things to note:

  1. Parties open to children ages 4 – 10, with a maximum of 16 children.
  2. We’ll supply a table, but the party room set up is up to you. Balloons, cake, presents – whatever you’d like to do.
  3. All food, drinks, presents, goodie bags must stay in the party room until kids leave.
  4. Please instruct parents that children should wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers.
  5. Clean up – you are responsible for cleaning up the space within 30 minutes after the party.
  6. Each participant needs to have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian before the class. Please share this waiver link with all participants.
  7. You can try out a class FREE to make sure it’s a good fit for your kid.
