As trainers, we’ve been impressed with how our members have continued to find success in their fitness journeys even under the challenging circumstances of the past couple of months. We’re highlighting a number of their stories in this ongoing series.
Courtney has been an inspiration during this Quarantine and deserves so many high fives! She’s been committed to getting her 3-4 workouts a week, completing a TOTAL of 35 workouts since starting our virtual program while also staying engaged with her community through Facebook and our weekly SB Team Zoom Meetings.
I’m thrilled she’s found many ways to mix up her goal of staying active; whether she’s working out with the replays, doing the Saturday Live Zooms with Coach Renell, or changing the scenery by going outside to workout. She’s even mentioned getting her son, Barret, and husband involved with a few of the FitWit workouts and doing regular park walks and play to stay moving. Leading by example and keeping the family active–that’s always a win!
