As trainers, we’ve been impressed with how our members have continued to find success in their fitness journeys even under the challenging circumstances of the past couple of months. We’re highlighting a number of their stories in this ongoing series.
Kenneth has been a phenomenal member of the evening crew since October 2019. He listens to his body and moves with intention and is always open to coaching when it comes to improving his form. He’s also a great community member, regularly participating in our virtual game night.
In the past year, Kenneth has developed consistency with his workout routine, working out after his teaching job, and even now during quarantine, he’s maintained that consistency. In the past month, he spiced things up in the kitchen by joining the Quaranteam Challenge, his way of honing on his nutrition and practicing other habits he’s been working on solidifying. He continues to see great results from his hard work–dropping 23 lbs and 9% body fat since he started.
