Monday August 7 – Zero to Ninety

Zero to Ninety: 2-4 Person Groups, as needed. Each Member has 90 sec to complete a the prescribed reps of each exercise. If they finish early, they rest. If not, they go directly into next exercise, moving in order of the board. Repeat 4 Times on a 24-min continuously running clock.

– Row (R – 250 m, W – 225 m, B – 200 m)

– 15 Kneeling Ab Rollouts  

– 35 KB Swings (B – 25)

– 25 Overhead Squats to a crate (R – black bar, W – PVC, B – 15 reps with or w/o PVC)

– REPEAT-

 

Finish with 5-min of :15 hold/:15 rest alternating between:

  • Hollow body hold

  • Superman hold
