  1. 10-1 / 1-10 TRX Chest Press / Pull Ups (Dead Hang, Band, TRX)
  2. 10-2 / 2-10 KB Goblet Step Ups / Dips (Total/Per Leg Even Rungs only I.E: 10,8,6,4,2) R: (60+/40+), W: (45+/ 35+), B: (40+/30+)
  3. 10-1 / 1-10 Swings / KB Headcutters R: (60+/40+)(40+/30+) W: (45+/ 35+)(35+25+) B: (40+/30+)(30+/20+) 
  4. 10-1 / 1-10 Back Parking Lot Sprint Touches / Newbie Burpees 
  • 4 Touches out Front KB Carry = 80 Meters,  In between each ladder: Options – 2KB Farmer Carry, 1KB Suitcase Carry
