Monday October 16 – Partner Strength & Conditioning

Partner Stations – 2 x 15 min ea.

Partner Strength: Single KB

5-4-3-2-1 per side (switch with partner after reps completed on both sides)

-1 KB Racked Squat

-KB 1-Arm Shoulder Press or See-saw Press

-KB 1-Arm Rows

-1 KB Suitcase Deadlift

-KB 1-Arm Floor Press

Partner Conditioning: Partners working down the board to complete all reps of an exercise before moving on to the next exercise. Only one partner works at a time while the other rests. Switch as needed.

50 KB High Pulls or Goblet Cleans

100 MB Situp and Press

50 Ninjas (or non-pushup burpees)

100 Slam Ball (make sure they are using the slammable balls)

50 Dips

100 Plate Jumps (see plate jumps below)

50 Pullups R: Pull Ups, W: TRX or Banded pullups B: TRX Row
