Nutrition Coaching Program

FitWit’s Nutrition Coaching Program is uniquely designed to provide you with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.” With the help of your coach, you will build confidence around your food choices and learn to establish healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits that work best for YOU.  This approach empowers you to create habits that last a lifetime!


We designed the NCP for people who are looking to create lasting change and sustainable habits. It’s right for you if:

  • You want to lose weight and feel like you “just can’t get it off”
  • You’re ready to overcome cravings and gain control around food
  • You want to learn which foods help you feel your best
  • You’re finally ready to let go of perfection and take pride in your own progress


The program is a 12-week plan that begins with an in-depth consultation with your Nutrition Coach where we will discuss goals, measure your body composition and develop a personalized plan. Then, over the course of the next 12 weeks, your coach will personally communicate with you (phone, email, app and in person) to evaluate your progress and help troubleshoot your individual problem areas.


The NCP includes three months of individual coaching for $139/month. The program will include the following:

  • Initial Consultation (75 minutes, In-Person):

Prior to your initial consultation, you will complete individual nutrition assessments to assess current goals, lifestyle, habits and health needs. These will be discussed during your initial meeting and from there an individualized nutrition plan will be created based on your goals and strengths.

  • InBody Body Fat and Muscle Analysis Testing (One Pretest and One Post-test):

The InBody goes beyond traditional body composition measurements and includes measuring fat, lean mass, segmental fat and muscle and water weight. This test is non-invasive and pain free and an excellent way to monitor your progress over the 12-week program. More details on the test here.

  • Weekly Accountability Check-ins and Food Log Review:

Every week, with your coach’s support, you will focus on a habit that supports your health goals. Your coach will check in with you and how compliant you are with your goals every week via email. The HabitShare App will also help keep you accountable and help your coach track your success. You will be able to turn in weekly food logs and receive feedback from your coach on your habits and eating choices. Your coach will make weekly suggestions on any changes that may need to occur.

  • Midpoint Check-IN (Includes 6-week InBody scan + 30 minute phone consult)

Half way through the program your coach will schedule a follow up InBody scan in order to measure your progress. After your scan is complete your coach will schedule a 30 minute phone consult with you to discuss any troubleshooting, provide encouragement and to adjust your goals as needed.

  • Unlimited Email Support

Your coach will provide you with unlimited email support to answer any questions or concerns you may have over the four week program.

  • Access to Private Facebook Page

The private facebook page will be used only for NCP clients. This will be a place where you may receive additional information from your coach as well as support and encouragement from others going through the same life and habit changes you are.

  • Graduate to Ongoing Monthly Coaching ($75)

After completing the program you will be able to graduate to continuous monthly coaching if you choose. This will allow you to continue to build on your goals and continue to get the guidance and support from your coach. The monthly coaching will include:

  • Monthly InBody measurements
  • Continued support via closed NCP facebook group
  • Email follow up from your coach twice a month to monitor progress and to assist in making changes as needed.
