Are you staying hydrated during these hot summer months? I often hear from folks they don’t like water, which by the way it is necessary to make steps to get over this dislike, you NEED water to function! Here is a simple “recipe” to get some flavor in your water to practice drinking more of it. This is also great because it has no added sugars, dyes, or chemicals like many flavored water products. As a bonus I’m sure kiddos will loves these too and can also get in the kitchen to help you make them.

Watermelon Ice Cubes
1. Cut watermelon into small cubes
2. Place in blender and blend until liquid
3. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze
4. Store in ziplock bags
5. Plop in a big glass o’ water and gulp up! You can add some fresh mint for an even more refreshing flavor.
