Ninjas → Plank

Alt Superheros → Side Plank (Right)

Plyo Lunges → Side Plank (Left)

Mtn Climbers → Reverse Tabletop Hold

Hamstring Walkouts → Hollow Hold

 

Finish on 7 way Hips
