HIIT: 6 Rounds of 3 Minutes Work / 2 Minutes Rest Between Rounds

  • Each Exercise :45 sec with a running clock
  • KB Squat High Pulls R:(60+/45+), W:(45+/35+), B:(25+/20+)
  • Jump Rope R: Double Unders
  • Hollow Hold R: Hollow Crunch  
  • Slam Balls
