- 1 Minute Airbike Max Cals (Set Timer. Record Cal Scores. This will Floor Folks)
- 2 Minute ERG Max Meters (Set Timer. Record Meter Scores)
Finish With “Ten Cent Pistol ”: 15-20 Min AMRAP
