Thursday April 6 – 10-min Strength + Partner Circuit

10-min max reps of 2KB Front Squats or 2KB Shoulder Press: 5 sets of max reps, starting new set every 2 min.

Finish with Partner Circuit: One partner starts on the repped exercise while the other performs the hold until the reps are complete. Switch positions & repeat. Go in any order as equipment is available.

R – 5 rounds (per partner), W – 4 rounds, B – 3 rounds

  • 20 KB Swings + Hip Bridge Hold

  • 20 Heavy Rope Slams + Plank Hold

  • 10 Push ups + Hollow Ab Hold

  • 20 Slam Ball + V-sit hold
