10-min max reps of 2KB Front Squats or 2KB Shoulder Press: 5 sets of max reps, starting new set every 2 min.
Finish with Partner Circuit: One partner starts on the repped exercise while the other performs the hold until the reps are complete. Switch positions & repeat. Go in any order as equipment is available.
