Single Leg Deadlifts + Pullups – 12-min  

Working with a partner – one works, one rests

-Single Leg Deadlifts – 5 x 5 reps per leg (Part 1 / Blue Level)  (Part 2 Off Loading)

Once all 5 sets of SLDL are completed:

– Partner Pullups – sets of max reps. One works while the other rests/helps partner into bands

[For band assisted pullups, band strength should allow you to complete 4-8 pullups each RND]

Get Even: 18 Minute AMRAP

Parking lot lap OR 40 Double Unders (100 singles) (sub 150 m row)

8 Dips (mod = tricep extensions on JGs)

10 Yellow Bar Pushups

12 KB High Pulls (R = 60+/45+) (W = 45+/35+) (B = 35+/25+)

14 Jungle Gym Single Arm Rows (7/arm)
