Tuesday July 11th – “The 600”

3 RNDS:

– 600m Run (Small Loop)

– 10x (Total 5/Side) Single Leg Deadlift

– 15x TRX Rows

– 20x Yellow Bar Push Ups B: Regular Push Up.

Once three RNDS are complete go on one Final Run. For 4 total 600m Loops.

B: 400m End of street and back.
