20:10 x 8 = 4 min rounds, alternate exercises every 20 secs. 90 sec rest/transition/explanation between rounds.

-Tabata Row

– 2KB Heavy Rack Hold + 2KB Farmer’s Carry

-JG Jumping Lunges (sub step back lunges) + JG Rows

– Handstand Hold (sub down dog hold) +  Band Front Raise/Side Raise Combo

– Slam Ball + Barrier Jumps (over MB)  

– Hollow Body Hold + Plank Hold
