HIIT: The Disappearing Act

The first exercise will last :30, and will be followed by :30 rest. Each round you will add one exercise, but the rest will stay the same. After we get to all 7 exercises.

  1. Lateral Box Shuffle/Step Over (sub lateral MB shuffle)
  2. Plank Ups
  3. MB Situp (tapping ball behind head and between feet)
  4. Moving Dead Bugs/Flutter Kicks
  5. Barrier Jump Burpee (using ball, bell, or crack in mat)
  6. 1-Arm KB Thrusters (switch ½ way)
  7. Camper Choice = Wall Sit, Handstand Hold, Downdog Hold
