HIIT: The Disappearing Act
The first exercise will last :30, and will be followed by :30 rest. Each round you will add one exercise, but the rest will stay the same. After we get to all 7 exercises.
- Lateral Box Shuffle/Step Over (sub lateral MB shuffle)
- Plank Ups
- MB Situp (tapping ball behind head and between feet)
- Moving Dead Bugs/Flutter Kicks
- Barrier Jump Burpee (using ball, bell, or crack in mat)
- 1-Arm KB Thrusters (switch ½ way)
- Camper Choice = Wall Sit, Handstand Hold, Downdog Hold
