Wednesday July 5 – 10 Min Row + Bodyweight AMRAP

10-min Row – 10 power strokes at the top of every minute and then settle in for remainder of minute for 10.

 For remainder of time, Bodyweight AMRAP:

5 JG Pullups (R – 5 Chinups, B – 10 JG Rows)

10 Hanging Knees to Chest (R – toes to bar, B – Lying leg raise)

15 Dips

20 Bulgarian Split Squats (10/leg) – rear leg elevated on crate or plyo box

30 sec Handstand Hold – accumulate 30s on the wall (break into as many sets as needed) (B – downdog hold)

40 Squats (R – 10 Pistols/leg (using JG, if needed))

Run 1 parking lot lap
