5 x 5 Min Stations

Working in 30 sec intervals, alternating between 2 exercises on a 5-min continuously running clock.  :60 sec rest/transition between stations.

Station 1: Continuous 5-min row on Erg (10 power strokes at the top of every minute then settle in for the rest of the min)

Station 2: 5 min

  • 30 Sec Cat Crawl

  • 30 Sec Superman (3 count pause at the top)

Station 3: 5 min

  • 30 Sec JG Squat Jump  

  • 30 Sec JG Tricep Press

Station 4: 5 min

  • 30 Sec 2KB Bent Over Row

  • 30 Sec KB Swing

Station 5: 5 min

  • 30 Sec Hip Bridge Hold

  • 30 Sec Lemon Squeeze
