Wednesday September 13 – Row + AMRAP

Teams of 3 with 1 person rowing, 1 person doing AMRAP #1, 1 person doing AMRAP #2. Approx 30 sec to transition between stations.

Partner 1:

Round 1. 4 minute piece (getting as close to 1000 meters as possible), then move to AMRAP.

Round 2. 3 minute piece (approx. 750 meters)

Round 3. 2 minute piece (approx. 500 meters)

AMRAP (start where left off last round)

30 Singles/15 doubles

10 Sitouts (5/side)  

10 Superman

Partner 3: AMRAP #2 (start where left off last round)

10 Overhead Step Back Lunges (stepping back with opposite leg from arm holding bell overhead)

10 Bent over rows (5/side)
