Wednesday September 6 – Partner Stations: Row + Recover & Strength

2 x 16 min Partner Stations:

Row and Recover

:90 row – :30 transition between exercises, then :90 active recovery

4 RNDS – each partner with row 4x and perform active recovery exercise 4x. Stop when all reps completed or 90 sec is up, whichever comes first.

– 40 Squats

-15 Inchworm Pushups

– 40 Moving Dead Bugs (total)

-15 Side Lunges (per side)

 

Partner Strength: Single KB

5-4-3-2-1 per side (switch with partner after reps completed on both sides)

KB Thrusters

KB Floor Press

KB 1-Arm Rows OR Pullups

KB Racked Lunge
