Youth Athletic Development

Who: Kids (ages 11 – 17) interested in improving athletic performance, specifically speed, agility, mobility and power.

When: Fridays, 4:30 pm at our Kirkwood location.

What:  Each class is be broken down into four parts:

  1. Dynamic warm up and mobility
  2. Core Work
  3. Jumping/Landing Fundamentals, Plyometrics, Power and Agility
  4. Strength and Conditioning

Here’s a vid of what you might see in class (a single-leg landing/balance drill)

The level of difficulty and intensity for each skill will be modified to meet the needs and age of each child in the class.
